What a One-Time Cleaning Includes
A one-time cleaning covers the whole home, room by room, not just the parts that show. Here is what our team works through on a standard single visit.
Kitchen. Counters, backsplash and sink scrubbed and sanitized. Cabinet fronts wiped down. Exterior of the refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and microwave cleaned, and the inside of the microwave too. Stovetop degreased. Floors swept and mopped, including along the toe kicks where crumbs collect.
Bathrooms. Toilets cleaned and sanitized inside and out, including the base and behind the seat. Showers, tubs and glass scrubbed, with hard water spotting treated. Mirrors and chrome polished. Sinks and vanities wiped. Floors mopped.
Bedrooms and living areas. Dusting from the top down, which means ceiling fans and light fixtures first, then shelves, sills and surfaces, then furniture. Beds made or linens changed if you leave them out. Carpets vacuumed, hard floors vacuumed and mopped.
The parts most people forget. Baseboards, door frames, light switch plates, window sills, and cobwebs in the corners. These are the details that decide whether a house looks cleaned or actually feels clean, and they are included as standard.
If there is something specific you want handled, tell us when you book. Inside the oven, inside cabinets, inside the fridge and interior windows can all be added. We would rather you ask than assume, and we will tell you honestly whether it fits in the visit.

You do not need to be home. Most of our clients give us a garage code, a lockbox or a key, and we make sure the house is locked up when we leave. If you would rather be there, that is fine too.

Do I need to be home while you clean?
No. Most clients give us a garage code, a lockbox or a key, and we make sure the house is locked when we leave. Every member of our team is background checked, and we are fully bonded and insured. If you would rather be home while we work, that is completely fine as well.
What if I am not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean the area at no charge. That is our 100% satisfaction guarantee and we mean it. We would much rather fix something than have you tell your neighbors we left a job half done.
