Every person who cleans your home is a Time Maid employee, a W-2 team member rather than a contractor pulled off an app. That is a deliberate choice. Employees let us train to one standard, run the same checklist on every visit, and send you a team that already knows your home.
Before anyone is assigned to a home, they complete a background check run through ADP, initiated during training and taking three to five days to clear. Training itself happens in empty move-in and move-out properties, never in a client’s furnished home.
We carry $1,000,000 in general liability insurance and full workers’ compensation coverage on every employee. The workers’ comp matters more than most homeowners realize. If a cleaner is injured in your home and is not covered, that exposure can land on you. Ours are covered.
The Make It Right Guarantee
If something is not right, you have 24 hours to tell us, and we get 48 hours to fix it.
Here is exactly what happens. After every clean we send a follow-up text. If you are not happy, reply and send us two or three photos of the problem. We review them, then dispatch a field supervisor to look at the space in person. If it is something we missed, they re-clean it on the spot, usually within 24 hours of your call. If it falls outside the scope of what you booked, we walk you through the photos and explain why. And if something of yours was damaged, we document it and take it straight to our insurance.
No arguing, no runaround. That is the whole policy, and it is written into every quote we send.
We Make Our Own Cleaning Products
The bottles our team carries into your home are Time Maid’s own private-label line. We moved to our own labels so that every bottle has one clear, simple name, which makes training faster and means every cleaner on every job reaches for the same product for the same task. The formulas are the professional-grade products we already trusted. What changed is the consistency.
Our line is eco-friendly, with one honest exception. Our toilet bowl cleaner uses a stronger disinfectant, because that is the one job where a gentler formula does not do it. We would rather tell you that than claim something across the board that is not true.
For vacuums, our residential teams run Shark vacuums, and our commercial teams use commercial-grade machines built for larger square footage.
